Return Policy

Superstore18 follows a simple, quick and efficient return/ replacement policy should you need assistance.

Return Eligibility:

  1. The goods must be in original condition. No alteration, re-sizing or usage is eligible for return
  2. The return must have original Invoice, and all the packaging, cards, Labels should not be removed.
  3. Any freebies that came with the product need to be returned, during reverse pickup.
  4. We don’t offer any partial refund. The full refund only be credited back to the original source of payment.

How to do:

  1. Get in touch with our Customer service professionals on info@superstore18.com, or on Whatsup No: 88299-10550
  2. Send us the images along with reason for return / replacement request.
  3. Attach your original bill with your request.
Process:
  1. If approved by the Our return specialists team, we will create a reverse pick-up via best available fastest courier at your Pin code
  2. The courier will pickup the parcel, from your side.
  3. We will inspect the parcel once we receive it in our warehouse, for compliance of return / replacement.
  4. If found in order, we will replace or refund which ever is requested. The replacement will be free of cost.
  5. The refund will be processed next working day, to the source account, from where the payment was made for the purchased merchandise.
